Danny walks on New Years Day

Ginger cat Danny from Cornwall UK walked on New Year's Day, after a long break. It has been raining here constantly with storms all over the Christmas period, so Danny couldn't do a walk. This walk was in rain but needed to happen!

We've had some very messy weather here, storm after storm and a lot of rain. Danny enjoys his walks so much that he was very happy to venture out and get wet, but he decided that he wanted to go home before we reached the woods, which is only a couple of minutes walk away. Yes we do know Porthleven, way out in west Cornwall on the south coast, a magnificent place. We have even considered moving there. You are right, the coastline there is incredible! We are actually looking to move this year, so a new experience for Danny.

Yes he did! He was washing himself on the window ledge for a good 10 or 15 minutes. Very glad to be in although he doesn't mind the rain too much.

@@dannycatyoung may he have many more years to go! We have one old grouchy lady who is coming on 17, lost one last year at a very respectable 16, and the cat of my life lived to 21 1/2 - and would still be around if his kidneys hadn't given out.
