I think what makes some vine youtubers successful is the ability to translate the same energy that they had in their vines to a ten minute video. To use drew as an example, his energy is and humor is the same in his youtube videos as it was in his vines, but he's also adapted to make that humor fit youtube, and added more substance and the backbone of a topic and basic plot. When your content is dancing in grocery stores, it's hard to translate that same vibe into a cookie cutter youtube video.

Statistically there's gonna be *thousands* of youtubers with varying degrees of success that will have originated from Vine, bc it was a video sharing site. One of my favorite yt channels came from Vine, Ryan Upchurch. Mr. Ballen, you may have heard of him lol, started on tiktok. Both of these guys also upload onto Spotify.
