See, listening to you speak reminds me that you STILL have "hope" for these people.. You're suggesting rational steps to take, that will help..... You think these people are smart enough to understand what "generated by AI" means? They'll think AI is a new word for jesus or some shit... These people literally have no brains to speak of... They are skin with eyes.

My mom always finds these AI generated images of cute looking things or rooms, for example a little baby penguin with a santa hat or a big animal themed bed (sometimes a fruit themed one like an orange) and I keep telling her these images are AI generated and she's always like "Maybe" and it's like she doesn't actually believe me. The "artstyle" makes it so obvious that the images are AI generated, too.

Sadly generative AI is possibly the biggest contribution to online scammers instead of the helpful tool that we hoped it would be. And to answer Danny's question, it's not a tool that helps artists, it takes away revenue from artists and leaves new and future artists demotivated and depressed.

A guy in my class, whom I wasn't directly friends with but knew of, started stalking me. We met in an 'academy' that preps you for tenth grade stuff because 10th grade is a really big deal for my family. I didn't know that this guy was our neighbour's kid; like, my brother was aware of this fact but I didn't know that he was our neighbour till later when I told my brother about him, of how he was following me around and it was messing with my head. the course was actually a year long course but my dad pulled me out of the programme early because I told him I didn't need the extra help, I could improve my grades all on my own and I didn't like spending so much time in 'institutions', first school and then that place. Essentially, a couple of days before I was about to leave, a friend of mine told me that he liked me and I reacted appropriately. I turned him down because I wasn't interested and I did it as politely as possible. The thing is, his school was like 3-4 miles away from mine and whenever my classes ended, I'd leave; I had to walk home from school and mind you, my house is four miles away from my school, it was no walk-in-the-park thing. I was genuinely tired after class and wanted to get home. He'd always be there, sometimes, he'd approach me, other times he'd try to sneak gifts into my bag which I'd throw away. I asked him to stop but he wouldn't and I told my older brother who told me I shouldn't cause trouble for my family, this guy was our neighbour's kid to be fair and my brother was scared our dad's name would get dragged through the mud for no reason at all. One strange night, I was so damn tired of this guy that I cried into my hands for hours on end and really prayed with all my heart for God to give me an out. the next day, online classes had become a thing because Covid had hit our city, too. Never want that kind of attention ever again. Fifteen year old me shouldn't have had to experience that. Nobody should have to experience such unwarranted invasions of privacy.

i watched collin keys when i was a child and when i finally got the permission from my mom it felt so bland, making slime was nothing that crazy and younger me was devastated bc of the constant begging, blood, sweat, and tears i had to do just to have a permission from my mom. My dad was chill about it but my mom was like the final boss 😭

Did any of the Facebook folks notice that in the first picture, the dogs are spelling the word 'Zeus' with their bodies? (That's why the strategically-placed pillows are strategically placed, and the rocks behind them are where they are.) That in itself should clang some pretty big 'manipulated photo' bells, at the very least.

This movie could literally be a thriller if they didn’t downplay Noah’s behaviour into ‘ooh quirky smart boy with small anger issues but has a big heart’ and more the fact he is literally a raging psychopath whos own brother immediately jumps to the conclusion that he punched a girl when she is hurt with massive anger issues
