Fantastic home 🏡 size is perfect and other than the bath tile, I wouldn’t change a thing inside or out. Landscape seems serene. Exterior elevation reminds of the Shea Home I had in Huntington Beach.

Prices of upgrades change quite often and are discussed in the Design Studio once you've chosen your model - it is proprietary information so I leave it out of public videos. If you need details on something specific shoot me and e-mail and I'll get the latest estimates for those specific upgrades.

Danny Lush Real Estate out here in the Midwest you can walk right in the sales office which is always the garage of the house and ask how much is this house as is and they’ll tell you. I think that’s a good detail to have in videos also. The sales person knows the price of the home with the upgrades

@@SteezyColeminerr the sales person can estimate the sales price (before the model home goes on sale), but they will not give you a price breakdown of every single upgrade (as far as I know) - maybe in the midwest its different.

This house was beautiful! But not spanish , the outside maybe?but inside was more modern ranch. It's like putting wolf brand chili and velveta cheese on enchiladas, the only thing spanish might be the corn tortillas

This home is in the San Fernando which is 'over the hill' and north of los angeles. A beautiful area with a ton of value! Another area Ive been personally making videos about myself is Santa clarita, which is very similar.

I’m being honest ! The camera 🎥 you are using is bad !! I have seen others and it’s very clear. Camera that you had before was way better. This camera has to many shadows. It doesn’t transition from dark to light evenly.
