this is how me an the missus fish...pile o bait in middle(well..drip fed match style) and fish either side... i like the softer flick tip whip its more exciting than elastic, we have lineaffe poles i got her a 5m £15 ..... an spoilt meself with a better quality 6m £35 whip.... perfect for the leisure course fishing we do..(.i dont need 60+lb of F1 from a carp pond.).. we fish a mixed fishery mainly silvers but the bream show up like you had here...and occasionally a carp.. its a great day out with a pack lunch and small gas stove to make tea on.. .. ..

Cracking session, Danny. Makes me nervous though without the elastic! Beautiful Bream too. You did really well with the phone camera and I couldn’t really tell the difference- good quality filming and fishing tactics always 👍🎣

Great session Danny - I love fishing the whip, more with breadpunch than hemp / tares. I have an old DAM Telesnatcher whip which is ideal as you can add a section if the fish move out and / or, should you hook a better fish (which has happened a few times!).
