Really great watch, happy birthday, Danny. Yes, please for a video on turning casters. I’m 100% with you about fishing for pleasure. I have a day job already, fishing is about unwinding, not beating myself up for not achieving a PB every time.

what its all about mate even making these videos its about fun, you have to be enjoying it yourself for the videos to come naturally. Ecample being a recent pike vid is on 37k views, everything says do more pike vids but sat in work im thinking about a float going under for roach on caster. Do what makes you happy. tight lines matey

Danny - firstly, Happy Birthday! - what a way to spend it! Some beautiful roach in that bag - great vid mate! Several things you said reminded me of my teens: 1) Bury the hook in the caster 2) Feed little and often I was brought up on the canals in East London - and what you say is as relevant now as it was then. Tell me, have you tried for silvers with squatt over hemp (either pole or waggler)? - although a small and delicate bait, it's surprising what it will tempt! - had some great bags in matches using the method - and have, at times, beaten those on bloodworm. Sometimes anglers go with 'what has worked before' and don't look outside 'the box' - I always have, and done well doing so.
@DannysAnglingBlog3 жыл бұрын
brought up on the local canal since age of 4, does it really show that much lol, i keep meaning to do a canal vlog and pinkie and squatt would be my approach for sure. tight lines matey great to see people notice the details that matter in the vlogs ;-)
