It’s an extremely common dish. However it’s usually unheard of in many American Chinese restaurants. And most likely the majority of the country is not aware of it

Thanks Danny, for another great beef chow fun wok hay style. It looked like a 10 to me because i do love lots of 'hairs' in it LOL ! And green onion and bouncy noodles some of which stick together. One thing my local chow fun place also adds is seared sliced water chestnuts - yum !

Sahara is one of two casinos still standing from the classic OG Ocean’s 11 movie. I stayed in the original 2 story bungalows and might stop by just for old times sake.
