Jian Bing is a Chinese pancake or crepe. 煎饼果子 This is China Street Food from Tianjin. Jian Bing is a popular snack in northern parts of China. I was surprised to find this lady serving jian bing in Guangzhou in southern China.

CHINESE STREET FOOD: JIAN BING
I was surprised this popular snack was being sold in southern China, in the city of Guangzhou. When I had the videocam on her, people were equally as interested in my video activity as they were in ordering a Jian Bing.

im chinese, id say that chinese never stop working since we could ，if chinese old people stay in home with out any work, they would be consider as pathatic or too old, if they could not find a job, they will do alot of house work for they childrens. chinese dream be like: when i done a wonderful creer, im gonna get a little farm in a beautiful countyside, then work as a farmer to live a very nature life.

I'm from Dalian，a city on northeast China，since this video I could tell u this jianbing looks very authentic ,and the color of sauce seems right,in northeast the sauce made by bean soy sauce and Chili peppers .and sometimes we put sausage in the jianbing.The full name of it is:jian bing guo zi --煎饼果子
