yuval cohen the patriots would have figured it out, and the game mentions that he didnt have the DNA to trick the WHOLE system into thinking that it was his, even though he controlled small arms and armament which the game also mentions. So the whole nuclear weapon trick was used as decoy because he knew that the patriots would do everything to try to stop him, and knowing that the patriots were responsible for assembling snake and his team, they were tricked into believing that hacking the system would shut liquids plans down, when in fact they figured out after the fact that it did the opposite

actually big boss is better at CQC you can see that at the ending of this game when solid snake met the big boss ...BB(bigboss) easily disarmed solid snake not only that BB wasn't even trying to fight but who cares actually personally for me both of them are great...the only thing is SOLIDUS is the perfect clone for BB solid snake was the SUPERIOR clone because of his ways and thinking btw and genes too...LIQUID was the INFERIOR was because of his thinking and ways was like that of the BB or maybe because of his genes.....but who cares anyway we still like them all ^_^

Oh yeah, let's not forget that Snake was still trying to cope with the fact that he was a walking chemical bomb ready to explode at any time and kill everyone dear to him, his body was completely fucked up after all the events of the game and he just tryied to shoot himself, adding more physical and mental issues than he already had. BB was just revived and knew he was going to die soon so he din't give a shit, his body was also in a better condition than Snake's. It's rather stupid using that one scene as an example, especially since Snake had actually killed BB before, twice.

As if we already don't know that. Liquid is geneticaly superior to Snake for having Big Boss' dominant genes while Snake got the recessive ones. That however, didn't stop Snake from beating the ever living shit out of Liquid in MGS1. Solidus on the other hand, got a perfect balance between the dominant and recessive genes, making him the perfect clone and the superior twin out of the three.

It was mentioned in the first Metal Gear Solid that Dr. Clark was killed two years prior to said game while the DARPA Chief was tortured to death by Revolver Ocelot before Solid Snake even got started and didn't catch on to the fact he had been played until after he had activated Metal Gear Rex.

Bit of retcon with MGSV here, EVA says Zero recovered Gray Fox and Big Bosses bodies after Zanzibar and Big Bosses betrayal made him set up the AIs.. but Zero was long gone by the 80s through Skull Faces actions and passed things over to Donald Anderson and the AIs. They shouldnt have done MGS4 as the end of the series until they explored more of Big Boss's history

@19:30 Sometimes you really do have to play earlier games in the franchise to appreciate certain references. I actually completed MGS4 before 3 so I didn't really think anything of her saying "Donald Anderson-also known as Sigint"; if I'd done MGS3 beforehand I think the reference would've hit right away. I daresay even when I did start playing MGS3 after 4 I still didn't know Sigint would later become the Darpa Chief because I had forgotten what she said about Sigint in MGS4 but when I decided to watch this today it all made sense. It just didn't really click with me that Sigint would later become the Darpa Chief Ocelot deliberately killed and was later impersonated by Decoy Octopus in MGS1. So not only did the Darpa Chief die right there on Shadow Moses; he also happened to be a founding member of the Patriots. The depth in this series is immense. :)
