Lakkam is always my secret weapon. She's on the airship, running up and down the hall just outside where the Psyches are...I always make it a point to sign her early and just let her develop.

Love this playthrough and you my man, but you forgot to tell us that when you reset data, you also loose all the players you signed. just blew 100k for nothing cause i signed everyone for 99 games before resetting for status reels and i had a rude awakening when i went into my first game! ^^ otherwise you rock, you have helped me out a lot! keep it up!

You can't stop, can't stop the Ropp. Cool song aside he is an absolute brick wall on defense and my favorite player. My team: Vilucha Tidus/Larbeight Vuroja Ropp Wedge Nimrook (The Psyches dropped him after his first contract for Durren LoL) The 2 players from the Beasts start out slow but they grow up huge in mid to late levels and get way more techs than anyone. Beasts players are amazing if you're patient with them.

You claim to not be an expert at blitzball but you've beaten the Luca goers in the main story tournament on camera more than ive won matches in blitzball period

I like to use an all-female team. At max level it's Vilucha and Shaami at the front, Linna at midfield, and the back line is held by Kiyuri and Mifurey. If you are going to get only to mid-levels, have Naida instead of Mifurey. Best female goalie is Yuma Guado.

Good team. I've used just about everyone over the years. My team for my current playthrough is Tidus, Linna, Brother Ropp, Naida, and my boy Nimrook. I wanted to use the Aurouchs again but Keepa kept pissing me off so I decided to not. But I ended up with an AL Bhed team which I like lore wise especially with my reserves being Wakka and Rin. I feel like after hours of experience Wakka really isn't good without Aurochs spirit

In my comment on the previous video, I listed my dream team early-game (well, except for Brother in there). Near end of game, I use Tidus-Wakka-Brother-Wedge-Kyou-Nimrook. I really don't like using the original Aurochs, though since you use them you should get the tech Aurochs Spirits for Wakka. It rivals even the Jecht Shot! Yeah, I noticed the seconds tick by really fast too...it's annoying when time's up just before you score a goal...>.

Other than the Aurochs, every other team seems to have 3 male players as forward/midfield, and 2 females as defenders. Assuming this trend follows through with all teams, Pah Guado would be a female. Both of the Guado defenders also have a different appearance compared to their teammates, just like the female Ronso look different compared to the males.

I realise now I need to reset. I played Blitz for a few games in the beginning with absolutely no idea what to do, and I was was really behind in terms of squad and levels. Hopefully with a good squad and understanding of the game, I can get Wakkas Celestial without any tilt.

Best bliztball players by category are (lvl 99): [Forward] Larbeight (high sh, atk, en, hp) Vilucha Shaami Keepa (sh, blk, but only if you play with Wakka

Blappa starts strong but he is so weak endgame.

Tidus is a must for an ultimate team due to Jecht Shot and Jecht Shot 2 alone. All I use are those shots when I have them.

I agree but I do like things like nap shot 3 and sphere shot for Linna or Brother. Jecht shot honestly loses out in the late late game. Like I had a level 99 team back in the day and Tidus struggled to be dominant against goalies with 60-99 shot

​@@StrifeSoul990goalies don't have "shot" between 60-99. You mean catch? Highest catch is 60, 62, and 67 (Wedge, Nizarut, and Nimrook).

Personally I always keep the Aurochs the way they are. Sometimes I change Keepa, his Catch is very low to start with.

I seem to recall using Keepa on offense last time I played. I found better goalies, but not better offensive players.

I don't know what his Name the english Version is/was, but there is a guy in kilika with White trousers. In german his Name was Tatz. A great shooter in the early games with the invisible-shot right from the start. But I never found out how is getting at the higher levels... Does anybody used him and knows this?

There should be an FAQ that you can search for online that shows EVERY blitzer's stats from level 1-99 so you can check everyone individually. I seem to remember Tatts being quite good early on but nothing special later on.

I loved and love it, too. And to see your fun und love to this game in all these episodes is just amazing, even all that years later. Tatts is a midfielder, (shot is 5 at lvl 5 and 48 at lvl 99) he has a great pa of 14 (lvl 5) & 70 (lvl 99). His en is above average 5 - 99 also.

15:05 and 18:08 All default defenders (except for the aurochs) are female. I would've loved to see a female aurochs defender character model.

I've been playing Final Fantasy 10 for what must have been 17 years now. My favorite team right now (level 50) is LF: Larbeight RF: Wakka MF: Vuroja LD: Ropp RD: Nav Guado K: Keepa I keep Keepa so Wakka has the big boost in Auroch's Spirit. People don't get very close to the goal anyways. I've always loved Blitzball.

Nimrook, Nizarut, Wedge are best goalies... switch Wakka for Vilucha or Shaami (Tidus).

Pah is female as is auda, I noticed the way females throw the ball (except the Ronson girls due to there size). A female will lift there leg differently to the male players.

In my play through the albheds gave up all their good player except nimrook so i had blappa and wedge with tidus at one point but it was ridiculously easy so i gave up blappa and the guado grabbed him and now the albhed come last every time lmao

Best shooters are Larbeight, Vilucha, Shaami, Tidus (tech), Wakka (keepa + auroch spirit), Nedus (lvl 70+) Blappa starts strong but mid-late game... not so much.

When i firag time playee blitz i knew i will hate that game... But when you told us what people we should take... I used some other too and mixed my own party ... I had firsg mach witch alh bhed in tournament... And that was hard 3 rounds with 0.0 but i won... I didnt loose any game from league to tournament to take attack reels ... Now im playning second league and i can tell... Now i like this game... Standard team meybe is fun but... Weak ass hell... Thanks man i still watching your movie of this wqlktrough and helped me alot and love your work about final fantasy movies . I finally could watch fantasy 12 i never playee and wanted to know a story :)

Miyu is lower grade compared to Jumal/Durren for stats in the beginning (until lvl 35-ish). Nimrook > Nizarut > Wedge at lvl 99 are the best 3.

@@DonaldRoy-nr9xe The game designers did an ugly job with how overpowered Nimrook is so early on. And its amost comedic how you essentially have to Fire all the Aurochs to get a decent team. They arent good til ater Level 50. And by then youhave all you need.

My team is usually Tidus Gueara Guado(Im pretty sure its spelled wrong) Jassu Letty Botta Keepa I keep Tidus as my primary shooter, Letty and the Guado as my passers, and Jassu to attack and main ball controller. Botta is a really good defender when the game actually decides to increase his attack.

Use nap shot (remove goalie) or wither shot to half goalie (ca). Jecht shot is anti-defenders... not a goalie killer.
