I was struggling for a while to get consistent 12 hits with wakka's attack reels. the first 2 slots are easy to get the 2 hits but the last 1 i struggled with but i found a way nw that i almost always get the 12 hits. if you press x when the 1 hit is on the last visible slot reel,it should land on the 2 hit. works very well fr me, i rarely miss it nw!!

I always struggled so badly with attack reels! It took me almost a month to get the perfect combination for attack reels or any other reel for the effect!

@@yensermontero2581 I struggled too at first to hit all x2 but when I found out that there was a pattern to it, then I was hitting it all the time and rarely miss. Once you find out this pattern for yourself then you could even do it with one eye closed(not joking) xD

@@hellspawner8410 yes it is all about the sound pattern. How can I say it? As you select the first pattern the two followings are selected at 0.5 seconds... And it sounds the same!

@@yensermontero2581 sound pattern ? nahh that's not how I do it. What I do is to make sure i hit the 2nd x2 on the first pattern and then wait for like 0.5-0.8 seconds for the 2nd and wait roughly the same ammount of seconds for the 3rd pattern. Sometimes I miss calculate it and fail xD

reflect holy copycat is the best strategy for me on jumbo flan. no need for yuna or lulu. for some reason holy deals more damage than flare and ultima which is funny. then just finish with wakka's overdrive to get the overkills. ez. with time it will get faster and you don't need wakka's overdrive.

Overdrives. Mix is there to provide great buffs to the party and Attack Reels/Blitz Ace are multi-hit attacks that can deal huge damage.

You say at the beginning that the first few enemies are really hard to hit unless you have very high accuracy/luck... Could you use a few of Wakka's Aims and a few of Rikku's Lucks kinda like how you've used Cheers in other fights to up the accuracy and luck?

Well using the Aim ability won't really benefit you that much because if the enemy has a higher Luck stat than you, than you'd still have a harder time to actually hit it. If you use Rikku's Luck ability then it would help just a little bit, but not that much still. Since the Luck stats has a huge impact on whether you hit or not, it's adviceable to up your Luck in order to hit All/most of the enemies. For simple Monster Arena Bosses like Fenrir it's better to just use overdrives to hit it as apart from those flyer monsters you won't really need Luck. If you want to take on the Dark Aeons, then yes, my friend, you do indeed need to increase your Luck stats to at least 120. With 120 Luck you will be able to hit each and every enemy in the game, except for the Dark Magus Sisters. For them you would need max Luck Stats and around 34 Evasion

Aim helps a ton. Just gotta cast it a bunch. If all three of your party members know it it makes it even quicker. Just spend each of the first few turns casting it. I hit Fenrir, Ornitholestes, and Pteryx far more often than I missed then using this strategy.

You know i maxed my accuracy at 255 and luck 22 and i could hit him consistatly
