2 things Dan. 1. If you want to find some allays, in addition to outposts, you can also find them in woodland mansion, there are jail cells that generate, and they spawn in there. (Just make sure to give them something to hold so they follow you) 2. It’s likely that, instead of coming out of the portal, a vindicator found their way into the portal and took out fungo jr jr, the cleric, and the villager. Which is… just so much sadder.

the unnamed villager was the one who was contemplating ending it all. He was still on the top of the church when Dan hid all the villagers, but then after it said Villager died. You could see that he was no longer on top of the church. R.IP old unnamed villager, been stuck on the top of the church since day one

I think that the Vindicator went through the portal to kill Fungo Jr. Jr., The Cleric, and The villager. If you look back to when Dan went through the portal himself, there was a cleric, villager, and of course Fungo Jr. Jr. just chilling there. So I think that it is possible that the vindicator found them and slaughtered them in cold blood. This means that Fungo Jr. Jr.’s death had nothing to do with him coming back through the portal.

Recommendation for the bunker: You should put Redstone lanterns underneath the Redstone current so that while the door is closed the lanterns are active. it does mean that when the door is open there is no light but if the door is closed then the lanterns are always on.

I've noticed you're still using an outdated version of the Fresh Animations resource pack because the eyes of the new Wolf variants aren't animated (as seen in 21:19 for example). Fresh Animations is actually already updated to 1.21 to add animation support for the Bogged, Wolf Armor, and the new Wolves!

i think you should try and make a martketplace in order to have their work stations nearby, so that when you do end up ringing the bell, they would all be able to hear it, and treat their bunker as a sleeping quarters of sorts

Did a little test in bedrock edition (so not sure if same goes for java) but if you just have the magma blocks without the rails, they techinically shouldn't be running into them. Though this was just a square with a villager inside so since you have edges due to the bridge they might try to get around through the sides though if it joins up to solid blocks where the bridge and magma meets it shouldn't happen. Forgot to add. even if an object of interest (e.g. a bed at night) is outwith the magma block boundary they won't leave the square.
