If you ask me, the absolute worst part about this game is that the idea of being able to change the course of the story so drastically is actually SUPER awesome; but the game itself is complete dog water, so the idea is wasted and we’ll never get to see what might’ve been.

God damn it. There was such serious potential here with the concept of being able to rewrite key moments from the show. Can you imagine how different the canon story would have been if Merle actually did escape that roof with Rick for example? How that would impact on Daryl's development, the Governor arc in season 3, the dynamic with other black characters later on such as Morgan... these are the questions that only a game like this can answer. What an absolute waste.

On the level where Morgan is shooting at you, there is an achievement if you finish the level without getting hit. I failed it a few times and restarted the level. I chose Shane to kill Rick in my playthrough and then when i restarted the level a few times I loaded in as Rick.

It raises a valuable question: Have the people who made this game ever seen the show? No, seriously. I know it's a joke in adaptation games/movies for people to say "HAVE DEY EVEN CEEN [X thing]?!?!!?", but this is different. I remember how much of a television *juggernaut* The Walking Dead was. I remember kids at my Jr High got beat up for spoiling the Season 7 premiere during lunch. That's how powerful the show was over everyone. So my question, goes doubly-so. Did the people who made this game even watch the show, and if they didn't how is that even physically possible. With how, well, everywhere the show was, it's impossible to not be a self-aware human being in the 2010's and not have seen at least one episode from the show. So again, I will as my question: Have the people who made this game ever seen the show?

Ya know, it's kinda ironic that thus far whenever a TWD game focused on taking place within the Comic universe (The Telltale series or the VR-exclusive Saints & Sinners) they wind up being somewhere between good and great, yet whenever they try to use the TV/AMC universe as the setting (Survival Instinct & now Destinies) they end up being absolute fusterclucks. A shame really since a game covering alternate scenarios for certain major events within the TWD timeline does have potential, but alas this attempt was just set up for failure on all fronts.

You should try and make challenges using the dying light demo version! Like maybe see if it’s possible to reach max level in the demo. Not sure if DL2 has a demo or not, but dying light 1 did, and it gives you I believe 1 hour to play. So basically could you reach max level in 1 hour (whatever the max is for the demo, idk 🤷🏻‍♂️)
