Danube Fall River Cruise part 2 Vienna

This is part 2 of the Danube River Cruise on Avalon Waterways Artistry II. This is mostly the shore excursion into Vienna. We visited the Hofburg Palace and the St Stevens Cathedral. Vienna is a beautiful city with a very long history, dating back to Roman times. The Hapsburgs were in power for about 700 years until the breakup of the Austro-Hungarian empire in 1918 following World War I. You can see by the architecture the amount of wealth that was concentrated here.
