Even at a ripe old age of 63 I gain so much insight from Ed Myelett! I have a super intense job but I like to think my passion always shines through . I listen to Ed every day …he gives me the strength to speak to 1 more patient, 1 more family member who is broken , 1 more story of tragedy and sickness and death and dying . Thank you for helping me to keep doing this for 1 more day !!!

Talk about stuck. Ed I've been following your content for a while now, and it's changed my life. I have a young family, and less than a year ago I was well on my way on starting my own freelance business, then the unthinkable happened, my wife suffered a severe ischemic stroke. By God's grace she lived. Now here we are 9 months later, she's recovering steadily, long road yet, but she now has this drive and desire in her to improve that I've never seen before! It was your words and mindset that helped me become the person I needed to be to keep our family from becoming victims of suffering, and use it as a building block for improvement. We learned a lot. Our community stepped in more than we expected. We found out the real ones vs the flakes. I now have so much more energy to offer to help others. God truly tests you, it's up to you to decide what you do with the experience, it's hard, sure, but it's all lessons! God bless you Ed, truly changing lives.

My inspired thought while listening to this on a morning walk. If the earth were to stop spinning, if the cells were to stop dividing, if the wind were to stop blowing, it would all end. Death isn't the end, the end of momentum is. We die when we stop moving forward. Thank you for your service and intention.

Ed's FAITH is out of this world 🌎 🙏... 🙌 well done... the way you tie all you have learned from the greats you have mentored under (Tony, Joe, Tim, etc) or interviewed... I see Holy Spirit IN YOU SERIOUSLY connecting "it" all powerfully in love, gratitude, and joy. One thought beloved brother Ed... God's GRACE has those little ones that grew to where they are now, to be who they are... Trust He uses our lack for His GLORY. Remember when Dr Joe says.... re-evaluate the past without the emotions (no shame, no guilt... those are from the enemy) = WISDOM!! I pray you free yourself to that PEACE and speak in wisdom about it 🙏 🙌

When I worked as a cop and was not feeling well & having a very off day, I called out. You need to put on your best for the public. And be ready for deadly situations. I wasn’t going to put my life on the line or someone’s else life because I was sick and could’ve made a huge mistake. I am well aware of the consequences

A concept closely related to the "Telling people about you" idea is "Informational praise". I first learned about it from a wonderful book by Bob Ditter, I believe it was 'In the Trenches: Answers from the Expert to the Toughest Questions You Face' written to help folks that lead summer camps be the most effective kid strengthening leaders they can be. He lays out a whole case and method for it with many examples. This is of course more authentic, connected praise which helps the kid feel real and seen, but the part I love most about it, as Ditter points out, is that if you give them a positive label for a trait or behavior like "Wow! I'm impressed! You are persistent!" the kid then has a different, positive word about themselves that can act as a shield or replacement to a negative label someone less kind might try to give them. For example, if someone says to that kid "You're dumb", they can now think, "No. I'm persistent" or creative or whatever.

You have to give yourself credit for invisible progress. Pinata story. Compound actions build up. they are invisible but Allah will make it pay off. Imagine on the day of judgement, Allah shows you who you were supposed to be. What are you going to tell him. Visioning the success. It's a muscle envision. Train for the positive like you do for the negative. Intention is the most important thing. Gain your confidence from your intentions. You are most qualified to help the people that are like the old version of you. Don't underestimate the power of Make people feel seen, heard and understood. Give them a compliment of one. A compliment that only applies to them.

Mr Menounos and Kelsey, you are both so wonderful together ❤️ Marie is so blessed to have you to step in for her when needed. This podcast touched my heart so deeply. My God son took his life last year at 14 years. Looking back in retrospect, he truly was such an empath that just could not deal with all the dense energy of this earth realm. He was so fun and cared so much for everyone. I wish we could have known more about this. But his mom ( who is a social worker ) is carrying on his legacy to be aware of our children in this new ascension of time. Thank you for this especially today ❤❤❤❤
