How to set up Ring Doorbell 2024

This video came up just at the right time and is the clearest, most helpful Ring setup video I've come across. My Ring doorbell arrived yesterday and I'm charging it as I write this. Thank you!

Mines not locking at the bottom part. Any idea how to resolve it? Video very clear, so either I did something wrong or the bracket is broken

Insert the tool when putting it back in place. It worked for mine at least

The tool should help. It might also be worth loosening the screws on the bracket. I have found if one of them is too tight the bracket can bend which prevents it from clicking in place. Let me know if it works. If it doesn't I will try and help out.

@@DanielWestow even with the tool and now just the bracket (off the wall) it's very hit or miss with actually clicking close.
