Cebu City does not have beaches but Mountains and historical old churches. Cebu Province has beaches up north and down south like Moalboal. Also theres Bantayan and Malapascua islands up north. Mactan Island across from Cebu City has natural rocky and man made beaches for resorts.

Cebu is one old but really old city. Its the Queen of the South originally Shebu. According to The God Culture its one of the children of Shem, who is the son of Noah. It is from Philippines that King Solomon gets the gold and narra wood to build his temple. It is Sheba from the Land of Ophir, who wanted to know about King Solomon and so traveled all the way to see him and brought many gifts including gold, spices and frankincense. Many were claiming that 3 kings who visited baby Jesus came from middle east, but no they came from the Orient and their names were also changed. You can also find in the God Cuture that the Land of Gold was Ophir and now called Philippines. Do some research in their series and you will find that even Paradise or Garden of Eden is really here in the Philippines. The God Culture will help you find the truth about our land.

Actually any city in the very diversed 7,000 plus archipelago are all nice each have their own charm & character, so much diversity in the Phils with 150 Proto-Austronesian Ethnic groups/tribes with over 100 plus different Proto-Austronesian languages & dialects.

Manila for me is a terrible place to live. So polluted, so traffic and i can't imagine staying longer. That's my personal experience. Cebu is more relax place to stay. People are friendly, honest, and helpful. Full of 😊😃😀
