Daoiri inspired me to buy an Irish bouzouki recently, an instrument I have always loved since I first heard Planxty 50 years ago. For me Daoiri is the undisputed successor to Andy Irvine and Donal Lunny, an outstanding singer and performer. His rendition of this wonderful song that is telling a heart warming story touches my soul so deeply. Thank you, Daoiri!

It's "The Creggan White Hare". A hare is an animal, similar to a rabbit, which in Ireland was sometimes hunted for sport by greyhounds.
