Good narration.but needs more information.its efficacy in treatment of heartfailure n hypertension associated with Dm should have been mentioned.moreover its effect in weight reduction is left out.mmore emphasis given on side effects which is frightening.in our experience this is a good drug in dm with CHF n htn.emphasis should have been laid on this which is missing.any how good attempt.it should not be used in DKA,COVID complicating DM n severe CKD for safety.

For CAD PCI stented patients having t2d, dapagliflozin is used with metformin 500. They are advised to take much water. Previously I was given Sitagliptin 100, after pci, I am given Dapagliflozin 10 mg with metformin 500, once daily. My weight is also reduced by 3 kg.
