You say it’s called Perfume Princess. Is Perfume Princess the variety and name of the plant?

It's a variety. Blooms in winter. Daphne perfume princess

@@vorong2ru Its an absolute basic rule that trademarks cannot be used as variety names and vice versa Variety names cannot be used as trademarks The variety name of this plant is DapJur01. If you know this plant as Perfume Princess then its an invalid trademark
