Yeah, because as everybody knows a Bunker made to protect yourself from radioactivity is plagued with radioactive material in the air. Unless Radon has gotten through from the underground into the bunker, I doubt there's any radioactivity, and, if there's any radioactivity, then they have already messed up by going in without a full NBQ suit.

Cyrillic language on the posters, so possibly the Ukraine? Belarus? Bulgaria? Serbia? Montenegro? Kosovo? North Macedonia? The Crimea? I don't know about Kaliningrad Province because that's 'sewn up pretty tight' in terms of country and border security being restrictive like Russia. As for Belarus and maybe The Crimea, they're still essentially Russian. So I'd rule them out for 'travelling/visitor ease and safety'. But don't forget a lot of Eastern European countries, pre-1990 were communist as well, so you could include the Baltic States for instance, although a lot used their native Latin alphabet, for instance Poland, Hungary, Romania, Moldova etc. Unless of course it was designated for occupying forces. I know a lot of the pre-Cold War USSR installations in Lithuania, like the one in Plokštinė are now visitor attractions complete with all the all signs and posters etc. I'm not aware of any in Latvia or Estonia, but I guess like Lithuania, they're far from being secretive about the post-Cold War installations belonging to the USSR due to now being part of NATO. As for Bulgaria and the former Yugoslavia, or at least parts of it, they again have distanced themselves from the USSR. As for transparency with Bulgaria and the former Yugoslavia's pre-Cold War involvement, I wouldn't like to guess if it's something they'd be keen on promoting. But my guess is the West, South-West or Southern border of Ukraine... somewhere.
