Try squeezing your elbows together like when you triangle or arm bar and squeeze you knees together same idea works with the farce instead of just squeezing

Don't people switch to arm bar as soon as you pull their seat belt arm to the other side of your head?

I guess they could but if you're more likely to get that brabo grip before they can swing their legs over for an armbar

Invisible Jiu Jitsu so im a skinny guy and i hit the darce a lot. i saw another vid that said if its a shallow darce i might be neck cranking my teammates and not a proper strangle. this worries me because i dont wanna be that guy that uses bad technique....but...i developed a shallow finish because it was getting defended. now if its locked in it’s a finish. even on the heavy guys in my gym. im 5’10” 145lbs with 6’4” armspan... please advise

Curious what would happen if this happened during an EBI overtime round in a comp? Would it be considered an escape ? Or would this be considered an "active submission" of which would require the round continuing

Does anyone know of a counter to this? (I'm speaking from a gi perspective). I feel like if you are able to get a pistol grip on the trapped arm, and flexible enough, you could catch the person in an arm bar or at least control them enough to get out of the danger zone. I've hah that choke put on me before, knew it was coming but still wasn't able to defend. Any input?

As soon as I have baseball grip on the arm and move it to far side.. AS SOON as you open your hips to swing arm bar I use the arm and leverage and turn into full guard or try and escape.
