We couldn't do this on the day sorry duke845 as the tents were set up for display at the 4WD show. We'd like to show set up videos but there are some difficulties around the logistics of this. Once we've worked it out, we'll post a video for sure. ~ Ben

I will be installing one on a trailer and will post some content on it once it arrives. will be doing initial install on quickly made crossbeams but then ill be welding a custom rack with linear actuators to lift it to 2.1 for the bigger annex. but i do agree there really is not enough online information regarding this rooftop tent, no manuals online, no pack down pics, no info on mounting orientation of under rails, however i did gather from this vid that they are on the longwise orientation, which will also allow those putting them on trailers to use more crossbars for more sturdy install.

When you say 4 people.. what weight do you consider each person??

Weight is going to be dependent on the roof load of your vehicle rather than the tent. On flat ground you could fit as much weight as you want in the tent, but once mounted on the roof you need to work within the constraints of your vehicle's capabilities. Weight ratings generally take a dynamic load into account to ensure stability whilst driving. Once stationary this stability is not a concern and you'd be fine with four adults, provided your roof rack is adequate. A roof rack installer should be able to provide some guidance here. ~ Ben
