@@ytlloser it's that simple, but simple doesn't always mean easy. I try to imagine that everything that happens in my life is something I somehow asked for, even the bad things. We don't always get what we expect, but with a tweak in perspective, we always get what we ask for, just in a form we didn't expect. The worse the thing is judged to be, the harder it is to see life this way, but there's a positive in everything negative. It can be good for your mental health to try and reframe trauma in positive light. There's nothing we can do to change the past, but we can change how we look at it. We always want something, and that want always leads us to decisions, and we're doing this all the time, even without realizing it. The trick is to just be aware as often as you can. Watch yourself trying to fulfill your wants when normally you'd be running on autopilot. Sometimes you'll find the thing you want consciously when you're not unconsciously getting in your own way.

Im about to be 50,and within the past few years I have become aware of the things this video speaks about. It is real! My main goal in life now is to spread love and positive energy as much as I can. Everything in society seems orchestrated to keep us at a low vibration. Whether it is the constant negativity on the news or leaders of organized religion using fearmongering tactics, it all affects our frequency and energy. I always love synchronization. I just had a dream that I awoke from, tired; it was like I’ve been up all night. (However, I feel empowered now). In the dream, I descended down many levels of hell. I fought a little to be pushed back up but eventually, I allowed myself to fall but I remember not being afraid. I fought “demons” (I think) on each level until I made it to the “boss” (in my case, the devil). I was in complete darkness. No one was a physical manifestation (neither me nor ‘him’) but “he” was in my head. That’s where the battle took place. He was taunting me and I simply pushed him out with my words (I don’t know what I spoke). That was it. He didn’t scare me nor harm me. After that, I ascended back up to the light. Once there, I saw other’s chanting and preparing for some kind of battle. Everyone was dressed in gold armor. It was so bright sunny day. I was sitting with a feeling of peace and I think I was wearing sandals, but I don’t know if I was in the body I use now. After the dream, I couldn’t quite make sense of what had happened. Then I started browsing KZbin (looking at car videos) for a distraction and this video came to me. I got an ‘ahhhhh’ feeling because this video reminding me who I am and what I did in that dream. Now, I feel like I can do anything right now.
