Kondakova is the only one who can beat Kanaeva. She has many original moves. For me, Kanaeva and Dmitrieva look cleaner maybe but they have boring movements for me it feels the same in every routine hehe. Kondakova you rock!

no it isn´t illegal- it´s not lyrics and anyway now the rules have changed and you may also use lyrics- search for anna trubnikova´s new "i will survive" club routine.

@guiy16 Bessonova didn't deserve even bronze medal. Staniouta deserved silver and Kondakova bronze.Bessonova had more mistakes than Daria and Melitina.

Can't believe there was people who thought Kondakova was a better gymnasts than Bessonova oe Kanaeva, when in fact Kondakova was one of the worst leading russian gymnasts ever!!! very doubtful execution of the elements, many of them shouldn't be counted or heavily penalized and sadly she was way overscored, it worried me a lot she could have been the silver medallist at London but at the end it was Dmitrieva who took that place no matter the reasons

Completely agree about her being overscored. She had a similar style to Aliya Garaeva and I also believe that she also was heavily overscored. For me, Kondakova was also less likeable as a person and that played a big role - I recently watched interview with Kondakova and Kanaeva side by side and Kanaeva seems humble, warm and open, while Kondakova felt really bitter about not being able to perform in neither 2008 or 2012 OG, not happy about being a coach and generally mad about how her career turned out.

@@zanevitola569 Kondakova had routines very well designed and Garayeva very incredible BD, but the problem was their poor execution which I'm sure judges oversaw most of the times
