great book. 82 year old who has been living like this for 50 years. More education is needed.

Can we get a guide to non toxic alternatives? Perfumes, cleaning products, hair products, make up, oral health, etc etc even clothing fabrics can be toxic or the materials made for shoes etc

Thank you for another extremely informative, valuable episode. Wow! You guys have really been hitting it out of the park lately with the likes of Peter Attia, Branch Basics, & now Darin Olien!!! These are my favorite types of guests!! Don’t get me wrong….I’ve been with you since episode one so obviously I’ve enjoyed them all but again Darin & the other guests I’ve mentioned are such a wealth of information. I’m trying to do everything I can that will hopefully keep me healthier longer. My mom has Alzheimer’s so I don’t want to be the third woman in our immediate family to succumb to this brutal disease. BTW…. I ordered the Branch Basics cleaning & laundry products. I’m changing over to “clean” household products. I had planned on doing it but after listening to that episode I did it immediately thereafter. Thanks again. I’m heading to Amazon to purchase Darin’s book. 🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thank You for this lovely conversation. Superfoods include Camu Camu (rich in vitamin C), spirulina (high in protein and nutrients), and acai berries (loaded with antioxidants).

PLEASE fix the audio balance between mics... I'd love to keep listening but her mic is wayyyy too loud compared to others.

I live in bee cave and honestly i wouldn’t change living in the country side to live in downtown atx for anythingggg in the world. Anytime I have to go into the city I mentally prepare myself (for a good time mostly lmao) but srsly it’s so good to live away from the ruckus, like If you know you know.

In Australia we encourage very young babies to attend swimming school classes in heated hyper chlorinated therapy pools. Is this harmful?
