I quite like the golden blonde of the first drawing you did. I think it's a pretty contrast to the whole dark aesthetic and gives it such a nice warmth. Random but I also think the swatches of the markers next to it look pretty. Sometimes when I do bigger drawings I will put swatches next to it as an extra decoration. Also random but I adore the pants on the first drawing.

You may not like it, but the best paper to use with alcohol markers is Bristol paper. It's a bit thick, but it's the type of paper that's used for comic books and professional illustrations done with markers

I actually prefer the marker paper from Copic :) They have both thin and thicker sheets, and I find that they work great with my Copics and other alcohol based markers I have :)
