The "binding" was an interesting concept. Kind of reminds me of the anime "Elemental Gelade" with their "reacting". Wish they could've explored it more :c

Agreed. He would have definitely been revived had the show continued. That said....the final episodes did him very dirty. Early in the series he was a skilled level headed cool tactician and force to be reckoned with. Arrow was winning but it wasnt an easy fight. In the final episodes they turned him into a mere henchman with as much intellect as Snipe. Furthermore....NEVER INTERFERE IN RIVALRIES! The rivalry between Arrow and Dark Ace was epic and the best part of the show. The finale should have been these 2 battling it out 1v1. No interferances from anyone and no magic powers. Just flight skill, fight skill and guts. In general Dark Ace was a good villain antagonist.
