That random envelope trigger is a really nice trick. Thanks for the video :)

Yeah, the random modulation options in Pigments are one of the things I like most about it. It's otherwise not easy to do something like that the same way in Ableton.

Great video that has helped me to understand sound design and expand my use of Pigments. Thank you for sharing your expertise!

Reminds me of Thomas Koner's work. At least the type of work he did when I listened to him. Nice video, thanks

This was great, thx. Pigments truly is an amazing synth (even more so with the new version 5), and you did a thorough job of explaining everything in a way that's easy for folks to follow. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos 🙂

Doc, I just got Pigments, and I’m still learning a lot about it… in fact this is the first patch I have built with it. Nice contrast with Ableton’s Wavetable synth. Still, I like what Arturia is doing for software synthesizers, some of which I could never physically own due to cost or availability. Nice tutorial! Hope to see more like it =)

Nice, I have the Arturia Collection too, but I find myself defaulting to using Pigments or the stock Ableton synths a lot of the time.
