Thanks for query. As per my opinion, if you are really interested then only do PhD fulltime. If you are happy with your Job, also want to do PhD, then do part-time PhD in your stream i.e in HR & Finance. It will be good.

@@harichourasia7932 Do Part-time PhD not full time. Currently job after PhD in mechanical is not good. I will suggest, don't leave job even in sales. In long run, if you have PhD degree you can become professor of practice In universities as industrial experts. Your salary will also be very good.

Yes, If some professor has industrial projects, then PhD scholars can work on industrial problems, but it is very few.

Average time hi lagta hai generally 4.5-5 years, Main supervisor pe depend karta hai, aur aap pe bhi, dono accha se Kam kar rahe to 3 years. chahe aap BE ke bad ayea or ME ke bad.

Nahi, kuch kuch college me apko mil jayega admission. Aap apply karne se pahle ak bar baat kar lijia faculty ko mail karke to thoda jyada chance ho jayega Admission ka. Yaha SRMAP me bahut sare students 35-40 age ke bich me hai. Aisa aur bhi students bahut sare college me hai. IIT me thoda dikkat ho sakta hai. Ak bar try jaroor kijia lekin.

Currently, I do not have so much understanding of anthropology, I will do research and get back to you. But one thing is definitely, if you have an interest, you can do PhD and in future, become a professor. For other options, I have to ask someone in this area.
