Always. Always kill the nundams first. They just do so much. Learned that the hard way when going against them with Slaanesh. Heck, even Overwatch destroyed a unit of Fiends before they could land. Granted, Keeper kept (eh?eh?) the rest of the army alive for the first round of shooting and almost smacked the Highlord down a peg to just a Mediumlord when getting finally killed in melee... But that 4+ can be so difficult to roll sometimes...

Sisters won pretty convincingly. glad he corrected later that the castigator autocannons are twin linked so against infantry reroll to hit and to wound.

Anything you’d do differently to have a better turn 1? Or was it just good rolls by the sisters.

Wow, that was a brutal first turn from the sisters! You fought back better than i expected, but that was close to mission i possible after that beating. How did you feel about the detachment? It did not seem to offer you much in this game, but I am most likely missing something, so I would like to har how you feel about it.

I think the detachment is strong, but I would need a different list to utilize it properly. I think my list just didn't synergize with the detachment enough to make it worth taking. I think that's the key with the detachment system now is finding one that works with what you want your list to be able to do.

While impossoble to red from the way I formulated my question (sorry 😅), my real question was if you felt that this detachment benefitted this particular list, because i did not think so. And you seem to agree. In hindsight, which detachment would you have chosen for this list? And what was the thoughts behind chosing this detachment, flawed as it might be? Just curious to gear your thoughts... Edit: spelling is hard.
