interesting , he says "you go left right left right 4 times, then press x" then proceeds to demonstrate by doing it 6 times then X then 12 times then X then 8 times then X then 10 time then X then finishes by saying "rememeber, do it 4 times , then press X" but apparently, it works. I guess i wasn't swishing it fast enough. I was doing it more slower and rhythmically, like in breath of fire 3 and 4. . .

Bert: When it comes to medals(The ones you get in dungeons for completing challenges right?), I don't know if lures work in the water. You might have to stick with bait. Are you trying to get a whopper on Starlight canyon any chance? If so, there is apparently a horse-faced fish called an Umadakara, and it can only be caught on the last four levels of Starlight Canyon using Carrots( a form of bait, not a lure). I have not caught one yet, but I'd figure they would be big enough to beat the medal parameter of 60(cm) or at least be good Finny Frenzy racing fish. I may make a video in the future of me getting it, but not this instant because I am on hiatus for now. Anyway, here's the strategies for the other lures and the fish you can get with them. The Minnow(Baku Baku, Den, Hama Hama, Kaji) - (With this lure, you'll need to input this all in quickly). Move it Left, Right, X, Left, Left, reel in a bit, Right, Left, reel in a bit, Right, Right. The Frog(No Clue) - Move your Rod Left to Right four times then reel the fish in for 2 seconds. Then Repeat. The Fork(Baron Garayan[The Best fish imo] - If I didn't explain it in the video, then I will explain it here. It utilizes the same strategy as the frog. The Spinner(Baku Baju, Tarton) - Do the same thing as the Minnow, except reel it in longer. I hope this all helped you, please give special thanks to Gothic89 over at the Gamefaqs board

they appear at all hours and you dont need tjat specific motion any motion of your lure rod works

Bert: Well shucks. If that is the case I really did not know that. I got all my info from this gamefaqs faq guide right here:www.gamefaqs.com/ps4/185524-dark-cloud-2/faqs/58793The author, Gothic89 specifically told me to use certain motions when using the rods, in addition to going to certain places at certain times. If what this user said was false, again, I apologize I did not mean to misinform.
