I started using eye creams when I was 15, and I am the ONLY one out of my friends who doesn't have even remotely crinkley eyelids! The skin around my eyes actually improved after I started using eye creams. Obviously it wasn't super dramatic, but if you start with simple creams now you'll save a lot of money in the long run.

I am not a professional but i had the same problem and i found out that gel eyeliners do stay on your waterline longer than pencil eyeliners but it also depends on the quality. hope this helped!
