DARK is considered one of the FASTEST and most MECHANICAL Players in the current Rocket League scene. He plays out of Saudi Arabia is widely known for his incredibly consistent execution of the Pogo Mechanic.

Very fast but has a lot to improve on in the non-mechanical parts of 1s lol. Not the smartest commits & positioning.

Its the reason on how he got to ssl. Dark doesn’t take rl that seriously and in 2v2 and 3v3 he becomes a new dude in terms of game sense.

@@cubbylucasgamer3232yea he was much more passive and respectful to his teammates in 3s and 2s more so in 3s. people need to watch that to understand that dark knows how to position and what not but it’s not entertaining for him to do that in 1s

His game plan is always speed. That’s why he can’t stop spamming jump. Why everyone plays aggressive against him is beyond me

Because you can't give him space. Give him space and it's an almost guaranteed goal.

@@phreekhill1099 Most of the time these dudes are separating themselves to get boost and get ready for the oncoming attack. You gonna stay underneath him with 30 boost while he's flying up in the air getting ready to hit his ten thousandth clip of the day? When it comes to a high level player like Dark you never know what he's going to do. Your best option is to just get ready and knkw when to challenge. If he already has a reset though when do you challenge?

@@peacemaker4829 it’s easier said than done. But focusing on the ball does a lot more than most think. If he has his flip reset still his options are more than likely somewhere top. You can pre jump and hover until he makes his choice. A lot of his goals came from over commits and open nets. You have to let him take his shot and play the rebound or hope to win the 50

@@phreekhill1099 You can't let him take his shot. His mechanics are far too good. He has so many options. He's watching the defender the whole time to see what he's going to do next. If he has a reset and the defender challenges then it's an easy goal for him even if they hover. He could be going right, but with his reset flick it top left. He can choose not to use the reset and go for a ground goal, or even a pogo. When he goes off the ceiling it's almost a guaranteed goal. I've seen that a hundred times from him. I don't think you understand the amount of options that he has while he's flying through the air. These high level players are focused on the ball. Far more than you and I ever will be. These dudes know how to play at a high level, that's why they are here. If shadow defense was the ultimate answer then they would all be doing it, but you don't shadow when somebody is in the air, not typically, and Dark spends a lot of his time in the air. Plus the game is about switching it up. You can't defend the same way every time or you became too readable.
