I keep thinking they should do a "how Knightfall should have ended" and had Bruce call the Justice league in (granted the league at the time was pretty lame), but also bring in Superman and Wonder Woman. Heck GL and Flash would have cleaned up the entire breakout without any fuss.

This was awesome until the ending. Batman suddenly turning evil felt forced and unrealistic. Literally a day after Bruce says he's disgusted with Azreal, he decides Azreal is right without any real explanation for it. Seems like the writer just wanted an evil Bruce Wayne and didn't care about it making sense.

Wow, ArchAngle V. and Nicholosity can’t read. UltimatePiccolo was saying that a few days before Bruce was freed. Bruce was saying that the “New” BatMan was wrong and evil and that Bruce detested him. But a few days later, after Bruce has been freed and has reclaimed Gotham. Bruce decides, “You know what, after defeating this False BatMan. I now realize he was right about everything. So now I’m going to continue to do what he was doing. Even though I have detested this guy for the last 30 years. Only now I figured out he was right all along.” That’s literally what happened. It’s a “Plot Twist” that makes no sense and had no build up. That’s what UltimatePiccolo was trying to say.

I really liked this comic and how it fleshed out the Order of St. Dumas which hasn't been used since the '90s. Plus I liked Bane's kid. I wouldn't mind it if he showed up in the mainstream DC universe.

4 year late reply, but to sum it put the name Venom comes from the fact that many test subjects died from it due to overdose, since it is still an experimental drug made in a prison. Bane was the only one in canon who actually survived the process.
