It's not quite child bearing years...if you are pregnant/breastfeeding you can't use it as we don't know the side effects that may occur. Also if you're trying to have a baby and there's a chance you may be pregnant but haven't taken a test yet..then yes, avoid. But retinol doesn't affect fertility so women in that age group can use it.
