I recently bought this cooler to replace a Corsair AIO. I decided to go back to air coolers indefinitely. I use it for a Ryzen 3700X (no overclock) and set a fan curve of 30/30, 40/40, 50/50, 60/80 and 70/100 (degrees Celsius/fan speed percentage). Because I use the pc for audio recording as well as gaming, low noise levels are perhaps more essential to me than to the average user and the fan curve is based on that. Keeps the noise as low as possible without ramping up and down too much. At idle I get around 34C and the fan is practically inaudible at 30% speed. CPU temps, under continuous load for a few hours (Prime95), never get over 70C and that means the fans never even run at 100% for more than a second or so until they go back below 70. Average temps under continuous load are around 66C. At 80% speed the fans are of course noticeable, but it's nowhere near loud and more of a low "woosh" hum than something I'd consider noise. All this on an air cooler... And I don't even have the Pro or Elite version, just the standard Dark Rock 5. I love this thing!

Moin, Schön zu lesen, dass dich unsere Produkte so zu begeistern wissen! Dies ist grundsätzlich jetzt schon möglich gegen den Aufpreis für das Frontpanel als Ersatzteil: Grundsätzlich nutzen das Pure Base 500 und das Pure Base 500 DX das identische Chassis. Eine Montage der Frontblende des Pure Base 500 DX auf dem Pure Base 500 wäre somit ohne weiteres möglich. Jedoch haben wir mit Einführung des Pure Base 500 DX geringe Modifikationen am Chassis vorgenommen, damit der vordere Staubfilter und der LED Connector in dem Gehäuse Platz finden. Ob der Einsatz eines Staubfilters in ihrem Gehäuse möglich ist, können Sie anhand der Seriennummer prüfen. Steht hinter dem Q in der Seriennummer die Ziffer 0 - 8 kann ein Staubfilter in der Front angebracht werde, steht dort die Ziffer 9 ist dieses leider nicht möglich. Damit die LEDs der DX Frontblende genutzt werden können, müsste das I/O Panel des Pure Base 500 getauscht werden und der LED Connector in der Front eingebaut werden. Art.-Nr.
