I asked about replacements fans in case something breaks and I'm told there is a 1 year warranty. If something goes wrong they will replace the fan. After the warranty expires there will be an option to purchase a new one if you need to. Thats probably the biggest risk going for something like this, as there is no way to use a typical case fan if you wanted to.

people really don't understand how business works. ATX is simply more popular, you can order your units in larger batches saving you money, you can keep a surplus in stock because you know they will sell, which means your product will be less expensive. SFF pcs are not all that popular, ordering larger batches and keeping them in a warehouse unsold makes no sense, the cases will need to be ordered in smaller quantities, costing you more, which means the customer is going to pay more. Some of the most popular SFF cases are under $200 btw (for example the Lian Li A4-H20 is $150), and there are so many under $100, you just won't see the later reviewed on YT.

This isn't new I actually had this same fan in my Falcon North West Computers "FragBox" not the current and still.old model but the original...the tubular , cylinder fan was too notch. Yet that was over 25 yrs or more now ...glad to see it's being used again

Thanks for your detailed video

It's a great ad but it would be nice to see a comparison with a more traditional sandwich case (with two top fans on a water cooler radiator). Does this "innovative" cooling system even make sense? You can get the Shiny Snake (KXRORS) S450, this case is much smaller and cheaper, or any sandwich case with water cooling on top.

Although my case is much larger and accommodates 9 140mm fans... it is literally silent. i do not think i could deal with hearing 50 db. Or even 45 db. That is a lot of constant noise. You are absolutely going to hear that in your own headset mic if it is on. For $500? lol That's insane.

I wished you talked more about the fan like is the motor can be replaced with standard/generic ones or when it broke you buy the whole motor+blades from the manufacturer or buy another whole case because 450bucks is no joke.

He could have started with the price and I would have clicked out of this video so fast 😂 all joking aside glad I watched. I love comprehensive builds. Sleek design and kudos to the designer for making something different and clearly effective at keeping temps low. You could tell a lot of thought went into it. Still you gotta come down that $400+ price point. Best I can do is tree fiddy

That case is rad and the fan design seems so obvious it makes you wonder why it wasn't done earlier. But holy money.

I believe there is no airflow at all in the mobo chamber? what about the temps of the nvme, rams, and other component on the mobo. I know ram won't get hot but it surely get warm in long periods of gaming or editing/rendering. With traditional PC case fan there will be some airflow moving around the mobo either its exhaust or intake configuration. but this configuration seems like its only focussing on the radiator for cpu and not pulling any warm air from the mobo side. edit: I just noticed at 0:10 there is holes for air from the mobo chamber to be pulled through by the fan, resulting hot air from nvme and ram to be exhausted. Would love to see the nvme and ram temp

I feel like so much could be done by changing the ITX layout or even how the whole cpu gpu combo is designed. Single board computers with with swapable gpu dies, or mobos with gpu mounting ports on the back that are much closer physically to the cpu. The pci-e extention cable is a major source of latency in communication between gpu and cpu. And depending on your application can cause stuttering. Not to mention it tends to fail often if you swap gpus a bit. SBC's is probably the future. Apple is leading the way there with their Arm based M chips. I really wouldn't be surprised if the windows platform followed soon, and eventually almost all pcs would be SBC. hopefully with replaceable parts.

hey I'm pretty sure LTT made a video about this case about 8 months ago about the crossflow fan

I was expecting $250 Tops. $500 is crazy work. I’ll look at cheaper options until other manufacturers make similarly competitively priced options.

yeah...i'll stick to my CM 200NR...similar temps with a price tag $375 cheaper

That price and the handle isn't trustworthy to hold the weight in your opinion? I wish SFF cases manufacturers would actually include solid handles if they decide to add one at all. Seems hard to find a good mini case with a trustworthy handle.

The case is so beautiful, but man that price is insane.
@macbaconboi63822 ай бұрын
Its pretty expensive but I think the build quality, mechanisms and the fact that you can install a 280 AIO on it makes up for it. Not worth it in my books but Im sure sff enthusiasts will love it.

$549.99 ?! Oh Hell Nawh. Hope to see a similar case from a Lian-Li sometime soon in future for sub $150 price point.
