I love his honesty in his interviews, they are refreshing. His voice is definitely a gift, I think he saved the show and if they listened to his criticisms, they would probably be the best drama on TV today. He's right, I agree with the things he said were stupid, because they were!

I remember running home from school to watch Dark Shadows. One time I went to a fancy diner and he was sitting in the booth behind me and my friend. I knew it was him. I did not talk to him because I was starstruck.

I would like to know which scene he was talking about, when he talks about editing an episode.

+RickTBL It was an episode around 300-315. He was in the drawing room & he said "Jeremiah" when Burke & Vicky announced their plan.

However if he played a typical mailman in regular clothes or similar, we'd never be enthralled with Frid, and we'd all have forgotten Dark Shadows. Him being the perfect vampire is what did it. So it's not really J. Frid it's Barnabas we loved.
