I've watched video about audition tips from ex-worker in SM, and he said when it comes to global audition, they will randomly pick people through the audition (of course based on the audition result) to become a trainee. After that, thay can plan a new project based on what they have (the trainees). So, they're not choosing people from the auditions based on what concept they are planning for at the time. Well, after I think about it, it seems make sense, because there are several trainees in SM Rookies getting out because they were not fit into the new group's concept.

I have a few questions to submit. 1st questions: I heard that most of the entertainment companies don’t want to accept talent that’s over the age of 19…is that true? Or do you feel like it’s acceptable to be 21+? 2nd questions: If the company pays for the talents necessities then do the pay off the talents college debt? For instance, if an individual get to become a trainee, and they have a commitment to pay back student loans debt but can’t get a job to do so bc of the trainee rules, will the company pay off the schooling and add it to your company debt? Or would the school debt be a separate expense for the trainee. This question can be asked for various other bills a young adult would be responsible for tbh. That’s all thanks:)
