Another company that produce dark enough face AND contour powders that are pretty on deep skin are: Inglot (they have face and contour pressed powders that run deep), Black Radiance (they just release a dark to deep contour palette), and Juvia’s place (she has a Saharan Blush palette formulated with bright blushes, pretty highlights, and a super deep bronzer that she formulated with dark skinned in mind). Thank you for reminding me I have Mandalay Dusk. I stocked up before it got discontinue because it kept being sold out when it first released. I have enough to last me for years lol.

Fashion Fair changed the deepness of their Earth Illuminator. I am 480 in Fenty and it is like a highlighter on me! The best Bronzer hands down right now for women of deep tones is the Mandalay Dusk, Chocolate Litty and White Mani. Fentys Mocha Mami reminds me of Fashion Fairs Chocolate Chip Blush.

Can’t wait for Shea moisture to come back with makeup. Also cover girl ebony is on amazon. I just placed a reoccurring order (every 3 months) so i can get a few backups so i always have it. That cover girl bronzer is my vacation bronzer bc it’s also a super pigmented eyeshadow. Great suggestions!

I love my Mandalay dusk, the cg ebony bronze was too red for me. Red based products aren't my fave on myself. The fenty coco naughty bronzer was a perfect match for me, I can build it by itself or use it with contour and it not be too red looking. I use Mandalay dusk more as a blush, I've been looking for a back up lol. I also used to use the microsmooth powder as bronzer after the mac msfn broke me out. The new benefit hoola toasted bronzer has a nice color, I'm not crazy about the formula though. I like the abh bronzers, but the undertones of the colors aren't my favorite for myself.

As a deep chocolate woman with oily skin, I wondered could I use a bronzer, was it only to look tanned, would I look too shimmery? Thought I was too dark to wear one. Never got the answer until I watched this and you explained there are 2 types and that bronzers are different than highlighters and how to wear if you're an oily girl. Thanks for the education. Still unsure, but may give it a try.

That sucks they had great products and great bones, all they needed was some revamping... it could have been a really great brand for us. I feel a lot of women of color didn't want to give it a chance because older generations used it.. but all the best brands have been around a while It's like we don't want us to succeed like the loreals and covergirls and lancomes which have all been around for a while... which really sucks.
