They need to add the end part with what the house sold for...
@chuckee17452 жыл бұрын
They did an amazing job with that house but it would be nice if the person who aired the video on Utube would have let the viewers know if the house sold was in escrow or even had an offer greater than the asking price.

For how bad it looked you both did a GREAT job as always

The thing to do with trees is to cut them up by removing lower branches The shape then becomes "umbrella Like" and doesn't darken windows etc. Also looks lovely For example the palm tree would have looked super
@kyleanuar90902 жыл бұрын
That palm tree is very expensive, if you didn't want it just dig it up and sell it.

I did like the laminate but it didnt go with those dark cupboards (way too dark for my taste anyway) I also didnt like the dark outside of the house. Overall they did a great job!! :) Nice outside yard!
@VioletJoy2 жыл бұрын
I totally agree. 99% of the time, they go with a grey exterior and white cabinets if it's a small house. This time they didn't and it didn't work so well. I think white kitchen cabinets would have been much better.

The sago palm out front is worth many thousands of dollars at that size. They may not know that, but its beautiful and I'm glad they left it.

I’m so glad she came to her senses with the flooring in the kitchen. Too bad they wasted money on the extra laminate first. Must be an older episode, as the color they picked for the granite has been out of fashion for a few years. I bet I know which one of them picked that.

Don’t like this one at all colors are awful floors are ugly cabinets too dark
@lisas82442 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely the cabinets were too dark and formal for such a small casual house. Also, the color of the countertop made me gag. it looked outdated.
@lisawesley71322 жыл бұрын
@@lisas8244 This is a old episode, probably from 2016 or 2017. Because Frank Miller the general contractor died in Nov of 2017. So that is why the design is old.

The US's under policed finance sector is the reason for all these tragic, desperate situations. People who should never have recieved loans over financed, unable to pay mortgages...the economy crashes and everyone loses. But middle to lower middle class lost their jobs, no savings, lose their homes to the bank and end up homeless. It's tragic.
