Never have I related to a video so much. First play through of this game was beyond painful; then I got the Fume Ultra Great sword and It became just as painful, if possibly a little less suicide inducing.

@@kallumhunter3280 what sucks is if he was in any other Souls game, he would be easy. However his odd timing and wide hit-boxes paired with DS2’s awful i-frame system, made him borderline torture.

I extremely recommend that you visit the area called "Frigid Outskirts" in the Ivory King DLC. It's an easy area filled with useful stuff, and quite peaceful too.

Didn't realize that my covenant was basically hard mode. Also I love ds2 just not this boss.

Yes. Hot garbage. Not only is it disguting to look at (graphics, art direction, atmosphere) but we can only move and attack in 8 directions (compared to 1 and 3 in which you can attack in any precise direction) which makes the gameplay clunky as fuck.
