That weapon is Santier's Spear after you have broken it. It becomes a Spear/Twinblade hybrid and also becomes indestructible!

actually, cromwell doesnt remove sin... only removes the agression of npcs. you can check this with the lost sinner sword. the sword always remembers.

@@schnappi2380 If you pull the lever it instantly ends the questline and you cannot get the items he sells until the next NG cycle. If you're willing to go through the game again to reach him (took me about 5 hours) you can finish his questline.

TerraMantis Hey long time. I don't know if anyone pointed this out already but I think it's a minor detail worth knowing for someone people. Carl's last dialogue after meeting all requirements will only occur if you are actually wearing the king's ring. I tried talking to him without wearing that ring and he did not initiate the last words. Anyway, took me forever to finally finish the game but I think waiting for my vacation was a good idea as I could take my time. Your videos are very well done and I wish you the best

It's called Santier's Spear. It's found in the Doors of Pharros. It normally functions like a Halberd, but once you break its durability it will have that move set. I'm going to throw it in my next 10 Things video.

No but Cromwell won't absolve sin, he just makes npc's non hostile. Unless they changed it, the only way to absolve Sunnis being killed by an arbiter spirit

Cromwell dose NOT get rid of sin, pardoning your sin actually re spawns the NPCs u killed as not hostel, the only way to get rid of sin (that i know of) is to be killed by blue phantoms, one death per point of sin.

You can Upload you save BEFORE kill everyone. Just play the game, kill everybody and drop all the items for a friend and kill everyone again. Doing this you take 2x items: for you and friend. Just Reload the save and you can drop the item for you.

You will have another shot in NG+ mode or if you start a new save, there is no way of getting the quest line again if you free him
