worked like a charm! just a tip.. I had to click "show hidden files" on my deck to be able to reach the DS3 folder.

I had to do basically the reverse, and this video was great for it. I started playing on my deck as my pc is a potato compared to it and wanted my save from deck to be on my pc. Thanks a bunch, and awesome startup screen too.

@@AnyaD-nc4lw Appdata for the steam deck? Uncheck “hidden files” (located in the burger icon top right hand corner) and everything in the video should pop up.

I used "syncthing" on pc and steamdeck to sync it You need to setup this once and youre good The paths of the files are the same

yeah it's very good. I use it on a 3 device, 1 on the deck, 1 on windows and 1 linux (raspberry pi) always running, that way even if the deck or windows it shutdown, the 3rd is always one with the latest files so I can sync the saves.

on the top right when in the home folder below the red x is 3 lines , click it and then press show hidden files. Just read someones comment and it saved me. noticed you typed this 12 hours ago so thought id see if you needed the help . Duces

I have a question, is there any chance of getting a ban or restriction on Dark Souls 3 online, or on the Steam account by doing this transfer? I don’t know but in my mind I’m afraid that by doing it maybe I will get banned from the game or a VAC ban on my Steam account, I’m not good with technology, this is why I have not done this transfer yet. If anyone answer and help me I would be really grateful.

You won't get banned for this. Especially if you only use it on one Steam profile. Maybe if you took the save file and used it on another Steam account but even that I highly doubt will get you banned

Buddy, ive replaced my 64gb for a new 512gb ...i did my backup for the micro sd card ... I did same thing as you but sadly the "continue " ( load save) button wont show up i dont know why...could you please help ?

Take your save file out of the folder and reinstall the game. A fresh install may help.

@@PartyMemebers but it is a fresh install already since I've replaced my SSD for a brand new, downloaded the game and now the save file can't be loaded. I tried new game to create new save file then I deleted the fresh save created ...replaced my backup and then the continue button won't show up . I even tried tab to dolphin and overwrite it at load game screen ...but it doesn't works also
