Hello again! Do you know where Havel's set is? And is there any point in it, has it become more effective than in vanilla?

Sorry if I'm not clear enough, but it's in Eleum Loyce, in that room with four frozen chests. First one from the right is a mimic, the second one from the right has Havel's set. As for its effectiveness, I have no idea, I never wore it. Sorry!
