Wow. You have absolutely mastered the art of writing great characters that feel real and the reader feels real affection for. Transom is such a gleefully unrepentant asshole, Micon Prime is so elegant and precise with his speech without coming off as stuffy or elitist. I really liked the conversation between those two characters. It's complete engaging, feels real, drops in some foreshadowing, and fills in some backstory. It's a master class in writing narrative fiction. Truly excellent, my dude.

This is my favourite misfits story. All are great but this one really pops for me. “If someone floating in an airlock says there’s a wizard, there’s probably a wizard”!!

This is great stuff love the lore and the stories, only suggestion I have (and haven’t heard the whole series, so you may have fixed this) is the continual usage of “(insert name) said “ when people are talking back and forth, it pulls me out. It would flow better if was more like “(insert name) snapped back”…. (Just as an example) but that’s just my opinion

Thanks, RR! I did get similar feedback at about that point in the series from another listener, and I've been working on it a little. It's because I was trained to write for the page where "said" in the dialogue tags is so ubiquitous that deviating from it tends to call attention to the deviation.
