You can say the characters that why they became killers is that the bear accidentally eat cocaine first acting silly then becomes a aggressive killer, The lion pride were killed by poachers became venguful and a man-eater, the Saint Bernard dog was infected bitten by a bat and the infection took over on him becoming aggressive then killer.

Cocaine bear survived and lived peacefully with her cubs, both the bear and her cubs consumers once againg cocaine and kills a news reporter in the end. The rouge lion was murder by 2 male lions for entering their territory while trying to kill the main character and saving his life protecting the females and the cubs. Cujo was shot in the eye by a mother trying to protect his son, and the dog died.
