You were born to wear dark lip colours!! You look magical and so very witchy in them. I was told I'm a dark winter and unfortunately dark lipsticks don't look good on me, so yeah agree with you, no absolute truths in make up. I love the cover art it's wonderful🌹🌟🌛

Aw thank you!! That’s why I find the colour seasons a bit arbitrary. It’s almost like certain colours just go better with people’s features or vibe or something ya know. Hope you can find some vampy shades that work for you!

This looks beautiful on you! I'm pretty sure I'm a Dark Winter, so I was very curious what the recommendations for Dark Winter makeup would be. I guess the makeup looks I feel the most beautiful in falls inbetween your Bright and Deep Winter example. I love how saturated cool-tones look on my complexion, but I also need a lot of contrast in the look. I think this lip color would read more fall on me because most lip (and cheek colors) turn much more orange on me compared to how they wear on other people. I don't own that shade tho', so that's just a guess.

oh gosh ive been looking for a deep red like that! So I was inspired by your last video and did a fully cool makeup on myself. I have rather muted eyecolour, for years I thought they're green but might be grey. Anyway, the way my eyes popped with all those cool tones! omg 😍🤩

I love love love your lipstick choices, I love Sorcery and just now I've noticed how similar it is to Night Thoughts, that I wanted to get 😅 I know it's a totally different formula, just thought that the colors were a little bit more different. And Ravenous is beautiful with this deep base, Rituel de Fille does have incredible color stories. As a dark winter, I love not only dark red, but also berry makeup - think Lisa Eldridge Duchess. For some reason I can look really dull and dead in light toned makeup, but a berry makes me look flush and healthy and awake. The biggest downside - light and colorful makeup looks really BAD on me. When I try to experiment with colorful eyeshadows, I just can see that something is not right. I was so happy to read in all the color analysis guides that it's just a winter thing and that there’s nothing weird going on with my face. And I have lips on the smaller side, but there's no way I'm putting away my dark lipsticks! And new title card is lovely, definitely gives off supernatural-mysterious-witchy vibes 🪄

When Sorcery and Night thoughts are on the lips they look more distinct from each other. Night thoughts has more of the liveliness I think you would be searching for! That’s so interesting about your makeup experience with colourful and light makeup. And I agree, never put away those vampy lipsticks! 🖤

It’s either one of two lashes that I exclusively use… the MAC Free Spirit or the Kiss So Wispy 11’s. Pretty sure it’s the MAC Free Spirit. I just posted a lash tutorial if you’re interested! ❤️

I feel like I’m a dark winter but I have hazel eyes that are more spring, because they have really warm orange sunburst and flecks. So I find this series endlessly fascinating. I agree that a vampy dark lip is totally appropriate for a dark winter look. It’s amazing what that lip did for the blush you had already applied, it brought out a coral sheen that’s so very beautiful and glowy. I’m only slightly disappointed you didn’t choose She’s in Parties, it would’ve looked stunning, but the cool neutral eye you chose is perfect and glamorous as well, and brought out the contrast in your eye color, creating a brows/eyes/lips focus that seems perfect for dark winter. I noticed your new title card immediately! It’s very Evangeline!! I love it. I’d buy merch! I think this look turned out so beautiful and classic. Love you, love your face! xoxoxo

Sounds like you have gorgeous colouring! It seems similar to a friend of mine who has been struggling to find her season. The she’s in parties palette will definitely be out for a future video! Merch would actually be so cool with all the design elements 👀
