love the red eyes deck I was playing it before the new support and thought it was awesome. I think the archfiend fusion doesn't get as much love as it should. to me it's the better fusion.

Honestly I really love the Archfiend fusion the best because it is unaffected when it attacks and after it does it just burns for at least 1800 damage, at the most 2800.

Agreed! The nice thing about the new one is the small burn damage and that it replaces itself. The archfiend is good for late game and the comet is better for early game.

Would you consider adding something like double summon, to in theory be able to special summon two meteor dragons and then normal summon both in the same turn, thus locking down your field to stop any attack?

so the effect you get from the meteor dragon is that no "other" red eyes monsters you control can't be destroyed by battle or card effect. This means that the meteor dragon itself could be destroyed. However, it doesn't say other 'types' of red-eyes monsters. With red-eyes decks there are a few ways to send monsters to and special summon monsters from the graveyard, so in theory it shouldn't be too difficult to special summon two of them in one turn. Double summon then lets you normal summon both of them to activate their gemini effect, so they would then protect each other as well as any other red-eyes you control. It's all about doing it in the same turn though so your opponent doesn't have chance to destroy one

I don't think it is needed, however it is a good card. Try dropping a spell or trap to add them in.

Love Red-Eyes. Sometimes I throw in a Plaguespreader. You can make Azure-Eyes and SS your Normals or Geminis from the grave. It's okay but not super competitive. Imo Allure is a must at 3. The dragons aren't super useful in the hand anyway. Red-Eyes insight makes this deck playable. I also like Red-Eyes Spirit instead of CotH. I'm not super high on Paladin of Dark Dragon lol. I've tried to use Lord of the Red. It has an interesting effect but you go a little to minus with it. I can't believe I never thought of First of the Dragons that's a great idea.

You should play around with Red eyes/ Blue eyes mix, with the good old Azure eyes and Return of the red eyes. =) Iv tried it, and i almost always have a beat stick on the field =). Mines not nearly as good as what you should be able to come up with though. Iv'e been enjoying your vids, because your not afraid to step outside of the "meta" box so to speak. XD

DarkArmedDuelist Ill be interested to see what you come up with. Alot of mine revolved around searching from the deck and grave and then special summoning to just repeatedly beat stick my opponent XD. A great alternative to red eyes b dragon is the red eyes flare though =) because of his effect. I even threw in a royal decree and JInzo so he couldnt do much against my monsters with his back-row. It's definitely a concept worth exploring =). For extra decks, while red eyes fusions are fun, I just stuck with five headed dragon, blue eyes ultimate, first of the dragons, red eyes flare metal, and I even tossed in a number 46: dragluon with two azure eyes, Dragluons great because of the spc summoning feature and control over other dragon decks. Also, you can never have enough Red-Eyes darkness metal dragons for that nifty special summoning feature =3 It may not be meta, but the deck is hella fun to use.

You could but lord of the red is a level 8 so it is a little more difficult to go into. It would make the deck more of a control deck as well.

DarkArmedDuelist im thinking of using catalyst feild so i can also use malefic redeyes and escape from dark dimension with ddr. sacred swords too so banish R.E to get malefic with the field spell on, ddr to get R.E back and over lay

I really don't need it, If you use it in this deck you just end up banishing cards you need. Cards of the red stone is much better for this deck then allure. You really don't need both.

Wrong. You don't know what Gemini effects are. Give you a example. Gemini monsters are only effect types in the deck and hand. In the graveyard and summoned on the field they are a normal monster. To turn a Gemini monsters from normal to effect its called normal summon without normal summoning a extra monster. Every duelist I have met don't know how to play Gemini monsters and that pisses me off. BIG TIME. Read the effect and understand it.

I said that in the video? it does take up your normal summon for the turn as well. I have been playing for 15 years, believe me when I say, I know what I'm taking about.
